Claim Reporting Instructions

All claims should be immediatly reported to the Atlanta Claim Center

 
While the preferred method for reporting claims to the Claim Center is via their website, claims may be reported by any of the  
following methods:
 
  1. Website:  http://claims.stoningtonins.com (users will need to request a one-time user sign on access to report claims via the website).
  2. Fax:  888-270-8309
  4. Phone:
    • During regular office hours (8:00am to 4:30pm EST), the phone number to call is 888-724-7574
    • Claims occurring after hours or during holidays should be reported to the Atlanta Claim Center after hours number for referral to a field adjuster.  This number is 877-667-8124

 

 

 

Agents who wish to obtain access to enter First Reports should refer to their Undewriting Guidelines.
